• Designed to focus on our unique history as a people of African descent
• Utilizes African music and dance
• Addresses media, magazine, music and video portrayals of African Americans
• Features drama and art projects to help girls gain more confidence, a higher sense of self worth and create their own definition of beauty.

• A life skills program for girls and young women
• Homemaking skills: how to cook, how to wash clothes, how to fold and iron clothing, how to set a table and table etiquette
• Personal skills: money matters, building self worth, makeup application, skin care, proper sitting, goal setting, vision planning, abstinence, STD education, wardrobe, enhancing prayer life, Bible study
• Professional skills: career development, work ethic, public speaking, interview skills

Next Generation Business Academy™

• Building a legacy for tomorrow
• Identifies 10 young women, 16 to 18 years old, who are supported as they take their business ideas from dream to reality
